The sensor measures the changing fill level of material within a trash or recycling container. This information is automatically updated on the website and Relay app.

Notifications can be enabled to alert collection crews when a certain fill level is reached. The Dispatch page can be used to generate a list of every container that needs to be collected at a given time.

Yes, there is a monthly monitoring subscription, with initial trial periods offered. Subscriptions are available for 1, 3, and 5 year terms.

With standard usage, batteries will last up to seven years before needing replacement. Victor Stanley provides replacement batteries for the life of the contract.

In Victor Stanley lids, batteries are stored in a lockbox which is easily opened with the provided key. Swapping out the batteries generally takes less than a minute.

No maintenance is required, besides wiping off the lens cover with a cloth and window cleaner when necessary.

Yes, sensors can be retrofitted on to nearly all Victor Stanley bins and most bins made by other manufacturers.

The system navigates the driver to only the containers in need of collection. The user taps a button within the app to mark if a container was collected or skipped.
